You do not have to journey alone.
My mission as a non-medical, trained professional is to care for the entire family with evidenced-based information as well as emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support throughout pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period, and in bereavement.
In life and death, all families deserve support and an extra set of hands to hold them up (both literally and figuratively).
The Mother Hen Friend is a proud advocate for mental health complexities and education.
I am here to companion and nurture your family every step of the way.
